£20 pays for food and shelter for one child for a week who would otherwise be living on the street

£50 pays for a visit to the dentist for 25 children; or a guitar or a drum for art workshops

£100 pays for the salary of a teacher or psychologist for a month

£250 provides school teaching materials for a class of 50 for a year

£1000 pays for running costs for 12 months for one of our project partners - electricity, telephone, water and stationery

regular giving Regular giving is the most effective way of supporting the ABC Trust as your ongoing gift will help sustain our work and continue to help many street children on a long term basis. All you need to do is set up a monthly direct debit from your bank account using a standing order form. Please complete this Standing Order Form and post it to: ABC Trust, 53 Frith Street, London, W1D 4SN.

payroll giving You can help ABC by making a regular monthly contribution through your salary. You can give as little or as much as you can afford. You can start, stop or change the amount of your donation at any time. Payroll giving allows you to make a direct donation from your earnings and receive immediate tax relief. To arrange this, you simply need to tell your employer how much, and how often you want to give. If your employer is not registered for payroll giving, please ask them to contact the Charities Aid Foundation on 01732 520019.

one off donation You can help further the work we do by making one off donations. Your single contribution can make a difference to the lives of the poorest children in Brazil. You can make a single donation online or by post, please see above.

gift-aiding Gift Aid is a tax efficient way of donating that benefits ABC by increasing the value of your donation at no extra cost to you. This is a government scheme that allows ABC to reclaim tax at the basic rate on your donation and get an extra 28%. For example, if you give £10 ABC can claim a further £2.80, which is equal to the amount of tax that you would pay for your donation.
If you are a UK taxpayer, you can fill in a Gift Aid declaration form.
